Hello delegates from all around the world, criminal are all over the world and there international prosecutors. A criminal is a person charged with and convicted of a crime, a person who commits crimes for a living. Prosecutors in Italy are judicial officers just like judges. There many other international crimes all over the world such as drug trafficking, terrorism, money laundering, credit card fraud, and etc. The topic were talking about today is about countries coming together to stop all this crimes that will affect it country or it people, especially when it has to do with trafficking of women and children or corruption.
As we know that many countries has problems and it would always be international, drug cartels and so on. Italy also has problems seem like it doesn’t but it does, Italy was a colonizing country that colonized North Libya and Somalia. Italy joined the international criminal court in July 18, 1998. One of the problems that Italy is really much concerned about is what happening now in Libya, and well as I mentioned Italy was the colonizer that colonized Libya. The problems going in Libya are that the president Gadhafi is being charged by Italy for the massacre of unarmed civilian and for the killing of Protestants which he’s not really doing anything to stop it. Italy order a warrant to the International Criminal Court to arrest Gadhafi so all this problems would stop and so no more innocent people would die. Italy believes that with this warrant the Libya president would stop and would exit of being president and that Italy would be able to go there and stop it or do something about it.
Well Italy would like to help in Libya especially cause we were the ones who colonized Libya, they way we would help this problems is try the best to get the warrant to be able to arrest Gadhafi or help in a way that would stop the killing of innocent of protestor in Libya. Yes maybe we won’t be able to do all this by our self Italy is a small country but still we can get a few country to help get the warrant to arrest Gadhafi and get a new president, yes Italy, and well if there another country that agree with us we should send some troops or the Model Un to settle everything in place and stop the military for killing even more people if Gadhafi will get arrested. Italy would like this warrant as soon as possible to stop all this problems we wouldn’t like another genocide such as what happened in Uganda, so let stop Gadhafi and help the people the civilians that need to be protected.
